5Redway Lodge in Porlock (Somerset) is situated in an enviable position, it's slightly elevated above the village which makes the most of the impressive view. The house was originally built as a bungalow but in recent years has been renovated to include a first floor - it really does take the view to another level! The property is well suited to a large family group, or a number of families holidaying together. Sleeps up to 12 guests (plus cot) Four bedrooms all with en-suite and 3 with sea views Two ground floor bedrooms. Spacious sitting room and separate children's playroom complete with toys Modern kitchen within dining area Upstairs balcony with stunning views over Porlock Bay Easy walking distance into Porlock, with a choice of restaurants, pubs, shops, etc. Large private garden (not enclosed and steep in places) Bed linen and towels are provided. Redway Lodge has a shared drive at the bottom of the large private garden. Parking is in front of the property and from here there is a gate and some steps leading down to a large lawned garden. At the bottom of the garden is the shared drive, between this property and 2 neighbouring properties. Please note that the garden is not enclosed. Porlock is a short walk away, where there are lots of options to eat out with 3 pubs, various tea rooms and restaurants. There is also a village shop, butchers, pet shop, pharmacy, hardware store and small petrol station. The visitors centre is just a short walk from the property. Porlock Marshes, the nearest shingle beach is a 20 minute walk from Redway Lodge and Porlock Weir is about 40 minutes away on foot.
There is ample parking on the drive in front of the property for 5 or more cars.
Exmoor National Park spans the 2 counties of Somerset and Devon. It is renowned for it's open moorlands, wooded valleys and beautiful coastline.

A beautiful house with everything you need.Lovely spot, great views and Porlock is a lovely little town. Locals were very friendly.
Just back from a long weekend at Redway Lodge. Perfect for a large group of friends. Comfortable sofa’s, large well stocked Kitchen with a large table. 4 large bedrooms all en suite. Plenty of parking. The Top Ship pub is a 5 minute walk, it’s a real oldie world pub that serves a great Sunday....

Perfect location for our family group of 6 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for everyone, the children loved the games room. Porlock & Porlock Weir are great places to visit.
